Property Valuation for Visa Applications in Delhi

Embassies and visa centres often ask applicants or sponsors to show their financial standing. A property valuation report from a Govt. Approved Valuer records the market value of the property you or your sponsor own, to support that proof of funds.

We prepare valuation reports for residential and commercial property in Delhi NCR for student, immigration, work and visitor visa applications.

Frequently asked questions

Is a property valuation report accepted for visa applications?

Many embassies and visa centres accept a valuation report from a registered valuer as part of the proof of funds. Requirements differ by country and visa type, so check what your embassy or education agent asks for. We can prepare the report in the format they specify.

Can a parent's property be valued for my student visa?

Yes. Reports are commonly prepared for properties owned by parents or other sponsors.

Do you need to visit the property?

Yes. The value is assessed after a site inspection and a review of the ownership documents.

Do you value properties outside Delhi?

We cover Delhi and the NCR (Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad). Call us for properties elsewhere.
