What this website collects
- No accounts, no forms stored. The inquiry form does not send anything to us or store it on a server. It writes a message on your device and opens WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send it.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell personal data.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
- Embedded map. The contact map is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
Information you send us
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your name, contact details and what you tell us about your requirement. To prepare a valuation report or certificate we may also need property documents, identity documents and details of the asset.
We use this information only to:
- reply to you and give you a quote;
- inspect the property or asset and prepare the report or certificate you asked for;
- keep professional records as required by law and by the bodies that register us.
We share it only with the bank, authority or other party the report is meant for, or where the law requires. Messages sent by WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted when no longer needed. Reports and their working papers are kept for as long as professional and legal record-keeping rules require.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased where we no longer need it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
