Er. B.P. Singh earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, now Delhi Technological University, one of India's oldest engineering colleges. That engineering grounding is behind every structural certificate and valuation he signs.

What is a Govt. Approved Valuer?
A valuer registered with the Income Tax Department (CBDT) under Section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957, whose reports are used for income tax, capital gains and other official purposes. Er. B.P. Singh is registered in Category I, Reg. CAT-I/288/1995.
Which areas do you cover?
New Delhi and all of Delhi NCR, including South Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. The office is at 147, Ansal Chamber-II, Bhikaji Cama Place.
